I’ve recently began researching and learning more about ADHD. While there are many books on the subject from people who give tips and advice on productivity to cleaning your house, I wanted to get a little more technical to really learn what the newest understanding is on the condition and the treatments.
So I started taking “Training on ADHD in Children and Adults” course from CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder). It’s technically a free continuing education (CE) credit course accredited by ACCME, ACPE, and ANCC.

Since I learn best by summarizing content I’m consuming, I decided to write and publish summarization blog posts for every “chapter” of the podcast course.
